Exchange & Return Policy

At Glowdrops, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

  • Items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Skincare items that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Exchange Policy

  • You may exchange your product for another item of equal or higher value.

  • If the replacement item is of higher value, the price difference will be charged.

Return Policy

  • Returns are only accepted if you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • Once approved, the amount will be refunded as store credit or applied towards your next purchase.

  • Refunds to bank accounts are not offered at the moment.

Process

  1. Email us at glowdropsofficial@gmail.com with your order number, issue details, and pictures (if applicable).

  2. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved, you will be guided through the return/exchange process.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • In case of damaged or incorrect product delivery, Glowdrops will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For other exchange requests, customers are responsible for return shipping.


Note: Glowdrops reserves the right to reject returns/exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
